The Asian Art Museum has over 150 volunteer docents who offer gallery tours and programs to museum visitors and the community. Docents must pass a rigorous three-year course on the arts of Asia.
Docents participate in many programs at the Asian Art Museum. They give gallery tours, conduct school programs, and deliver lectures both at the museum and in the community. The next time you visit the Asian Art Museum, let one of our knowledgeable, friendly docents show you around.
