The wait is over: State Bird Provisions’ cookbook is finally
here! Join Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski as they demonstrate a recipe from
the book, Fresh Hawaiian Heart of Palm Salad with Tahini-Chile Dressing, and
answer your questions. You will be able to sample the dish, one of diners’
favorites at the acclaimed San Francisco restaurant. Following the
demonstration, the chefs will sign copies of the cookbook, available for
purchase in the museum store.
