Discover and play as a family at the Asian Art Museum. On Family Fun Days, our kid-friendly gallery tours, creative art projects and immersive storytelling make art appreciation a lively, family-friendly event. Themes and projects change regularly, so visit again and again.

In the exhibition Traces of the Past and Future on view in the Chinese painting gallery, artist Fu Shen paints vivid nature scenes using only a brush and ink. Create your own 3-D landscapes inspired by the works on view using materials like artificial moss, string, pipe cleaners, paper, tissue and textured sponges.

Insider's tip: skip the line on Sunday by ordering advance tickets online!
