Executive Chef Melinda QuirinoInspired by the diversity of Asian cuisines, Chef Quirino has a long background in Asian food creations. As a key chef at Hotel Nikko restaurant, she developed the entire Asian menu. Previously, she served as sous chef and chef in charge at Cafe American and Chez Moi.
Visiting the CafeCafe Asia is open from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm Tuesday to Sunday. From January to October, the cafe is open for dinner on Thursdays, until 8:30 pm. Like the rest of the museum, the cafe is closed on Mondays. Even chefs have to rest.
Entry to the cafe does not require paid museum admission.
