Tours

A range of tours is available to museum visitors. Many visitors start with the free, self-guided multimedia tour, which takes museum guests through highlights in the museum's collection. This tour is available in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Spanish and French. Transcripts are available at the Information Desk. You can also download the multimedia guide from iTunes.

Go deeper with our special multimedia tour for the Yoga: The Art of Transformation exhibition.  Rent it at the museum's Information Desk for $5 per person, $4 for members.

Visiting with Kids

The museum welcomes families. Admission for children 12 years and under is free. Strollers are available at the Coat Check, and diaper-changing facilities are available in all museum restrooms.

Free Family Programs allow parents and children to share exploration of Asian history and cultures via storytelling. Target First Free Sundays feature extra family programs.
